It has come to our attention that a number of our VIP's are having difficulty logging in. Due to a large number of duplicate applications we have had to put restrictions within our system to not allow registrations with duplicate emails. This change was made after a number of VIP's had already resisted and as such if you registered using upper case within your log in email, you may now be experiencing difficulty logging in.
